Minimum stays (unless noted otherwise): June-September: 1 week, October-May: 3-nights.
Typical stays from June-September are Sat - Sat, check-in at 3:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM (flexibility during off-season or shorter stays)
Central air conditioning is an available option, an ecological incentive for $75/week plus tax; other utilities & trash collection are included in daily and weekly rates.
Monthly stays require credit check and background screening. Monthly lease rates include utilities, but not trash collection, which is available at the Town Transfer Station.
Stays spanning two rate periods are prorated on a daily basis.

SECURITY DEPOSITS: $500 1-week, $750 2-weeks, $1,500 1-month

LINENS: a full compliment of linens is available in the house, including beach towels. They must be washed, dried, folded and returned to their original place before departure. Guests may bring their own linens, or use a local linen service - The Furies, on Rt 6, Wellfleet. There are two queen-sized beds and one bunk bed (2-twin sized mattresses) on the 2nd floor. On the 1st floor, there is a foldout futon bed with a double mattress.

CANCELLATION POLICY: refunds are subject to a $200.00 plus tax cancellation fee. A full refund is available if a written cancellation notice is received at least 60 days prior to the rental. Otherwise, refunds are only available to the extent the Premise can be re-let. Refunds are not available due to inclement weather, unless the Premise is uninhabitable, or if the State declares a mandatory evacuation. Refunds for shortened stays are prorated.
